Solved Club is run by a sole trader based in the UK. This page explains what we collect on this website and why. Last updated 4 November 2026.

What we collect

When you sign up: your email address, who you told us you'd like to play with (if you chose), how you found us, the page you signed up on and the country your visit came from. When you contact us or send a team enquiry: the details you type into the form.

Why

To send you the free mini-case and news about Solved Club (based on your consent, which you can withdraw any time), and to reply to messages and enquiries.

Where it's kept

On Cloudflare's servers. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. If you turn animations off, that choice is saved in your browser only.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@solvedclub.com. We'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
